Character not bound to any world

Hello all,

Returning player here after not playing since Dec 2021 I think.

I am on AP Southeast – I cannot get into Delos and as I understand Sutekh is a fresh world, so I also cannot go in there.

I tried asking for help from Amazon Games support but they have not been able to help me or the agent I was talking to doesn’t completely understand my issue.

Is Delos currently locked?I checked server status and I don’t think that is the case.

world transfer is only accessible through the store as far as I remember and from what I read so far, but to do that, I actually need to be able to access my character.

I’d rather not lose my progress.

I don’t have any advice for your issue but what I can say is if you do start over the grind is not terrible and the quests have been streamlined and are a lot more well done than launch. I am currently leveling an alt on my home server so I can do 50 mutation a week instead of 25, and am having a blast. The new MSQ and grinding don’t seem as time consuming as the initial run I had with it at launch. Worth checking out.

Maybe creating a new character will help pass the time as you wait for support to respond.

Instead of using the Amazon Games live chat option, I’d to ask you to please submit a ticket to the developer’s team to further investigate the case of your Delos’s character (please also include your logs and this Forum post’s link):

After you open this link follow this path:

  1. Select In-game Issues:

  1. Select Something Else’s option:

  1. Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:

To find the logs:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Quick question, have you tried again? Sometimes it needs a couple of tries to get the “Select World” interface working correctly.
