He can trade with other players at level 10
Character overweight, can't trade, use the market, or move & been this way since the patch last week

Yet no help for support and my character is stuck there.
This support gotta be a joke, finally got a feedback via email and is what the clown send me:
I’ve explained with details that the character is stuck, cannot send itens via trade because it is at level 8, cannot level up because is can’t move due overweight, cannot toss highly value itens on the floor to move because there is a weight limit on the ground loot. Character is literally stuck 4ever.
All because Amazon allow you to receive itens via trade even thought under level 10, but won’t allow the same character that received the itens to trade it back. Funny thing is there is no warning or anything about the level limitation. Why allow to receive itens but not trade? Just don’t allow any trade at all and problem solved.
Now there are a lot of people with stuck characters, many just give up and delete the character. But why would anyone delete over 40k gold?
Best part is we are with our characters in a limbo and the cherry on top is having a support that can’t read… “Trade with someone else” what a retard.
AGS and their support is a joke at this point. They don’t care. Hell they just copyright striked a player for them trying to show them how a bug worked in a YouTube video.
