I had the identical error for the past hour.
I fixed by relogging and spawning at my camp, then relogging and spawning at my house, then relogging and spawning at the town my house is in - then it worked.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Was in war, was in cap point A in first light when timer hit 0. Then I was walking among frozen players and couldnt port out. tried everything so drownded myself as last resort. Now perma stuck.
FIXED**
Closing game and waiting x amount of time and when I was back in I got out. Logging out did not help had to actually close the game and wait.

Online support have been hopeless and unable to fix my character, Deleted it and restored it, had me uninstall and reinstall and even change TCPIP settings.
No that will work and any other methods that will “reinitiate” the character data state, I did it with other ways and it worked, but what you can try is what he just suggested, also you can try resetting your keybindings, and bind another Key to the revive button, restart the game, and try that new key
The solution to the problem was a little higher, but I want to leave a video with the solution to this problem. I hope this will help those who have not found a solution to the problem.

I can’t play the game, friends have to travel long distances to try and revive me, enemies can’t kill me, cannot respawn in outpost rush. Paid in game money for friends to revive me since their azoth was low.
