Character Persistence bug is back!

Hi AGS

During the last server merger I got the presisent character bug. I solved it by following the steps in these post

Now I have transfered server and the bug is back

I have followed the above guide and also this one:

I have uninstalled and installed the game several times.

I need AGS support to solve this

I’m sorry that you got this bug again after transferred server, we don’t want anything messing with your experience while playing New World.

If you already tried all troubleshooting steps listed in the post that you linked then i suggest that you contact us trough customer service so we can escalate this issue:
