I am returning to the game after a while and my characters serve has closed. My character was on El Dorado (US West) but I cannot even access them at all to transfer or delete them. What are my options at this point?

Good to hear you are returning to the game. I apologies for the inconvenience with your character’s server and the current stuck situation.
To fix this issue you have to contact AGS customer support to rise a ticket and get further assistance.
