Worlds list not loading. Characters not loading, resulting in not being able to play.
Uninstalled and re-installed and deleted caches on steam to try resolve the issue with no results.
Any help so i can continue to play would be apperciated.

I am sorry for the issues you are facing.
I am enclosing a few steps which ideally helps with the issue-
- Run the steam and new world as admin. Then perform a steam integrity check for New World.
Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files - Make sure that your Windows install is fully up to date with no update pending.
- Reboot System.
- Uninstall and Reinstall New World.
- Flush DNS -
Enter the commands in CMD in the following order one after the other
ipconfig /flushdns

Try to delete these folders:
C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\AGS
C:\Users\AppData\Local\AGS
In the german forum this has worked well so far.
But be careful: if you delete the folders, all self-made settings will be deleted and replaced by the default settings.

This worked for me in US.
Did all that , did not fix it .
But then I read about deleting the roaming and local folders and that fixed it .
