Character showing incorrect model of helmet being worn (brown leather hat instead of heavy headwear)

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I equip the Forsaken heavy helm, it displays the incorrect model and shows me wearing a leather hat instead.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Makes my character look ugly

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, neither in game or emotionally

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Put on a Forsaken Helm of the Sentry (heavy headwear).

I’ve tried switching helmets and items, restarting the game and my computer etc. and no help.

Have you checked to make sure you dont have a skin equipped on that equipment slot?

I confirmed I do not have any skin on right now

Funny, when browsing through the skins there’s a skin called “Aegis of Providence Helm” that also looks just like the same leather hat, where as all the other skin previews seem to work

Same problem here, wearing a heavy helmet but it just shows that ugly hat
Is there any solution?

Same here, love the look of the helm, but sadly I’m stuck with this stupid hat.
