Please allow us to change the look of our Character. Since the day one i want to change the Hair of my character and i can’t… AGS, you allow change armor skin, please ALLOW character hair change <3

They plan to bring barber shop into the game, but no anytime soon. We’ll have to wait.

I thought they said that wasn’t something they decided on yet and at the least wasn’t in active development.
I wish they would just spend the next two months, pencils down on content and work on QoL. I thought it would be obvious that people returned because they made the game 100x less annoying and not because they added 9 hours of additional questing… but what do I know.
Their focus right now should be the same as it was last year. Focusing on QoL improvements and systems that make game better. For example, cross-server instanced content should be priority number one. Because they do not want and plan to make more and more merges, so dead servers will remain dead.
I personally do not need more dungeons or adding raids. I’d be happy if I at least can make a group and run existing dungeons.
So yeah, things like barber shop, HUD and Interface improvements, cross server, changes to already existing systems et cetera, that should be priority number one.

In the latest developer update video, they talk about this subject. Scot specifically says “Barber shops are an important feature, but not something we are actively working towards right now, but long term, the game is going to have to have it”.

thats more inline with what I remembered. I just don’t understand why they don’t do these easy things to make the player base happy. There’s no way coding a barbershop would be difficult. Their priorities are in all the wrong spots.
