We will need to know if you had any other character on you account please provide the names and levels of each. And now wich character and lvl do you see on your character selection screen?

I also had a level 60 character on Sutekh named ‘Simp for gold’ outside of that I don’t believe I had any others, no characters show up on my selection screen now.

We still working on the case it has been hard to get you account and character none of the names provided have visible register but your pictore proves it.
I would like to ask you if you can create a new character just for locate the correct account and send an image of the selection screen with the new character.
