I was disconnected earlier and got into a “starting area” queue when trying to reconnect.
Now I’ve been stuck at position 1 of this queue for hours. Nothing is happening.

1-) Reboot my game and PC : Same issue.
2-) Close steam, verify files 2 times (all valid) then reboot the game : Same issue.
3-) Clean / reset, DNS in the CMD.
4-) No queue on a new server, but i’ll not play on a new server!
I’m lv 33. All my team are in Nyva, and i’m enrolled for 2 wars.
This issue come after a crash this morning.

I don’t think this is hardware related but my SysInfo is: Ryzen 5900X, 300GB SSD diskspace, 32GB RAM, Windows 10 (21H1), MSI RTX 3080 Suprim X, 100Mbit broadband connection.
No error message but says “starting area” queue which i find strange.
I verified the game files and restarted Steam, waited for 20 mins. All i got was a higher number of the same queue unfortunately.
Tried on a second pc, same issue.
1- I9 10900k - 32gb Corsair 3200mhz - 2070 Super - HDD 2 TO, win 10.
2- Threadripper PRO 3995WX - 64gb 4400 mhz - 3090 - NVME Evo 970 pro , win 10.
I have the same thing on Caer Sidi, started a new character on another server to see if it worked and it was fine.
Tried verify files and it didnt help.
Im lvl 22 and in a decent Company made before launch , so don’t want to move servers.
I have the same issue, it seems the starting area queue is different from other queues.
Is there any way to move my char into another queue?

I’m wondering what triggers the “starting area” queue. I wasn’t particularly close to the beach but in a 1-25 zone.
Can you perhaps “recall” my char to the inn, see if it that solves it? Dear Customer Service rep.
72 in queue now after getting a bug message and just clicking OK (not requeueing)
I don’t think, they have to fixe it or switch manually our queue.
What’s the last thing you did in the NW before that queue?
I was up on the mountain straight across from the First Light settlement (next to the wolfcave) doing some gathering while in a meeting on my phone.
Chopping trees, mining iron - ‘lag detected’ and then thrown out.
Ok so, like me, it’s when the server disconnect you.

I playing on Windows 10 - Ryzen 5 3600 processor - 16gb RAM - 220 gb SSD - Nvidia Geforce 1650 super
The message is Your are in queue for a starting area
I’m stuck in queue since the last 4 hours without lowering my position
I log off this morning 10 UTC from Everfall center, and i’m level 25 so i was crafting some stuff
Can i propose to give us the choice to select the queue?

Had to login again after another error (first tried waiting in menu to see if it would pop back in automatically), now back in a new queue once again, same as before.

After a couple hours more the message has changed slightly but still same, stuck, queue.
So Costumer Support, any other suggestions how we might solve this?
Joining another server doesn’t really seem to be a good solution.
