Describe the issue you are experiencing: I lost my house according to UI, no trophies shows up nor can i use the teleport function. I went to manually check and got lag detected just being to close to Brightwood and my character started falling into the endless void and is now stuck here. Logged in and out over 100s of times.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

I managed to get out of the endless void by relogging x amount of times and slowly nudging myself further away from brightwood. Then i played for 30minutes and decided my house is still gone and all my trophies in it so i checked the map.
I cant teleport to brightwood, the shrine west of it, shrine north west of it and noone of the settlements in Great Cleave according to map it says i havent discovered them yet.
So i did the stupid thing and ran from everfall again to Brightwood to try to get inside and see wassup with my house, why its gone. I get close to Brightwood and “Lag Detected”, stuck but this time on solid ground. But i cant go anywhere near Brightwood and my house is still gone.
Also as you see in the images, my everfall shows 0 trophies but ive been to the house the trophies are there and gives bonuses. So yeah, unplayable atm.
And as soon as i relogged x amount of times and managed to move my character ever so slightly away from Brightwood game runs normally again with the exception of that i cant go anywhere near GC/Brightwood and all the other things mentioned.
Here you can see in this screenshot my game runs fine and it says i haven’t even discovered Brightwood yet:
Update on last topic, game doesn’t run fine at all.
Logged in now again after hours of not playing and my character is rolled back to the point it was in from day 1 this started happening (Logged out in different gear hours ago at a toally different zone, but what i came back to is being at same spot as yesterday when this started happening and also loosing gold i accumulated, azoth i accumulated and who knows what more ive lost. Seems my character is rolled back 1 day, prob. gonna keep rolling me back. Something is for sure not right with your servers amazon).
So 1. Played yesterday in outpush rush, Got server crash error, kicked out. Went back in keept playing outpush rush.
2. Saw on map and character ui my house was gone and so was all my trophies ive worked weeks on getting.
3. Went to brightwood by running there manually, got lag detected.
4. My character is fucked. Got rolled back 1 day for playing him today…
Also its been over 23 hours now and i still cant loot this elite chest here. So something isnt registering right there either, seems i wont be doing chest runs today. Thats gonna hinder my progression.
Still can’t play. Character keeps getting rolled back to same spot with same gold,azoth gear etc. as when this first started happening.
Everytime i exit client and logs back in character is outside brightwood at same spot with “Lag Detected”. I can log in, maybe nudge him by logging out to main menu and back 100 times, get 50 meters away. Exit client and its like i never even played, cause im back to the original location.
Logged in today, everything seems to be fine again. House is in brightwood, can travel there etc.
I did a reinstall as soon as it first happends, didnt do anything. But i tried again since your comment @winterhearted and now after days of not rly playing it worked.
So 2 reinstalls. Dunno if any devs done anything though.
