Hello there
I am back in the game since break from february, and I have noticed that I do not have my second token for character transfer.

I said, okay, I will just buy it and that’s all, but …

Are You guys going crazy or what? New game i can buy for like 40,00€ … but to transfer my character I have to pay 15,00€ ? What am I paying for actually ? Why is it so high?

I really suggest that You should much lower that costs.

I agree. Either lower the price or add some in-game currency to the purchase

If you lower the price you are at risk of constant Server raiding by big companies who only enjoy destroying servers and take the maximum gold possible in each server.
Further, right now people are exploiting the Steam - country detection change possibility to pay €2/3 rather than €15 (EU players) to trasnfer anywhere.

I agree with your idea to lower price on single transfer but please ADD a countdown timer larger and on some way in line with the faction cooldown timer (maybe 30d) since the current 1d (Regional) and 3d (everywhere) clearly doesn’t work at all for balance purpose.

I do feel it’s excessive. Hell, you see people making entire careers out of transferring server to server with their €1.50 fees flipping items all week long. These people can afford to do this shit constantly. They don’t need no charity. Equalise it all to 5 euros or something.

We should lower the price and add bigger cooldown. None need to change server every month I think. The same with changing faction, or company.

3 months cooldown for everything it’s okay. We had cooldown for faction change of 90 days and it was okay IMO.

I am fairly certain they are aware of the feedback surrounding transfers and transfer tokens, but I am going to bring this post to the attention of the dev team so that they can view your post and this thread. Hopefully this will help in the future, in the meantime, have a great weekend!
