Issue:
I wanted to transfer my seer account to maramma, which I have been excited about doing for months. Upon attempting to do so it told me I already have an account on maramma so I purchased a transfer on maramma to castle of steel to remove this issue.
I then went to purchase another transfer on seer to move my character to maramma and it said I have a 30 day cooldown.
I understand the reasoning behind these changes, but my options were delete my characters or give AGS my money. I have no problem purchasing these transfers and with the new FSS transfers, I think we should be allowed to do this one time.
I am now stuck on 2 servers I do not want to be on and cannot enjoy the game for 30 days.

I’m sorry to hear that after all you have done the game is not letting you play on your desire server.
I understand how frustrating all this can be. I’m gonna move your post to the Feedback Section and as something if worth take in consideration for the future.
You can always contact AGS customer support and rise your case in request of more assistance.
As for the transfer, the cooldown will affect all servers as you are able to confirm. All the instruction and detail about paid transfer can be check here.
