Hello there, me and one of my freinds have an issue with your character transfer.
I have several characters on my account and also did move one character but is now stuck with a long long long cooldown before i can move Any other character again??
And in the description about character transfers it does NOT mention anything about a account wide cooldown, it does only mention a character wide cooldown…
So could you please allow me to move the other characters so i can start playing the game again, or do you want even more people leaving the game?
It clearly states ONLY character cooldown nothing about an account cooldown on your page about character transfer:
Sorry to say but you guys are Selling an ingame service with an description delivered ingame and with a link to the website i linkeD above, it does NOT include Forum posts / informations etc. From 10 different postes when i purchase an transfer ingame. So Selling a service with wrong description is ilegal, so coz i have purchase an service that was incorrectly discriped i want a refound for that character transfer and that includes the cooldown rewinded.!
I am not interrested in wasting more time giving you guys any feedback.! I have done ton of feedback to you guys but nothing is getting listened to, i just want to play with my friends and clearly that cannot happen coz you sold me an service that was misleading and where missing very important information
I understand this situation is frustrating I have share with you the current information related to the character transfer that we have available even though we can not manually remove the cooldown from your account.

Ofcourse you Can remove the cooldown, very simple to do. First you rewind the transfer, Second you refound my money from the transfer, third you remove the string in the database that says my character have ben moved (that string includes a date, make sure the string is empty, that Way it Will be as good as before the transfer where purchased.
Selling a product cannot be misleading and neither be missing important information for the buyer like it did in this case.!

Customer service literally cannot remove the cooldown, so no. As they said above, submitting a ticket is the next course of action here, as the secondary tier of support can further look into this issue for you.
In-game items are also non-refundable, so it is unlikely that you will get a refund. Good luck.
its a BIG thing since theres only cheating kids on the server my other character is on and i dont feel like playing with that type of kids And since they in their description had an option for me to fix that issue for myself, i wanted to do so, but then after wasting my money it wouldnt let me do so coz of an unintended BUG
Last time i used a character transfer it was character based CD, not account based. So how would i know? I am mainly following balancing posts coz i mainly only care about that part of the game. but seems like you got way 2 little in your own life since you gotta care so much about others problems with a seller
