Character unable to login after lag detected in dungeon

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: After receiving the “Lag detected” warning in dynasty shipyard, I was disconnected and am unable to reconnect from the character login screen with the error “”

• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can no longer play the game, and I am assuming the key is lost for the dungeon

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

  

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Be teleported into Dynasty shipyard, play through the dungeon close to getting to the final boss, at some point detect lag

Also, this is not a generic server issue, as I know others did not experience this on the same server.
