I refreshed my Character list to see if my Character had Transferred to Lilith and it just vanished. I have tried to refresh again and it just says 2/3 characters and to create another.

Yeah my character was deleted too… Crassus - Vermin Devourer
I too have this same issue Seer Character Papa Het, gone screen shows 2/3 after refresh

I lost my character in the merger… My main character just disappeared. I had 3 accounts on Crassus (2 from previous mergers, lvl 4 and 7) + my main which was level 60 with all the expertise and all the inventory. The main disappeared
Same issue for me on Crassus going to Nyx…

seems to be quite a common issue… so funny how a merger that they’ve done hundreds of by now still create issues

Same my character was deleted during the transition from seer to Lilith talked to some guy in support via chat, he told me my character was active on seerer told me to do a lot of crap that didn’t fix it. Told me to uninstall the game so I did. Got back on and still didn’t do anything. This is some bs…
Tech support just told me “It is a common glitch happening now. Our team is aware about it.
We are working hard to get an answer. We will let you know in the forum.”
So I guess rather than working through those that submit tickets to report the issue, they are trying to find the cause and work it for everyone. Either that or they are just now backed up.
