Hello, I would like to ask respected developers if bans are given out permanently randomly for free? A girl with the nickname Dorsz plays with us (friends), she does not even chat, not to mention cheating and other matters not complying with the rules, because as far as I understand that I was banned for 7 days for challenging other players, I cannot understand how a man gets a ban for not doing anything wrong or for picking plants because that’s what she’s been doing lately. She wrote a ticket and no answer, what’s wrong with you guys? she paid for the game, put a lot of heart and hours into this character to get good equipment which allowed her to participate in wars and further develop her character, then she logs into the game and is totally disappointed with your actions. Please take a closer look at this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible because the girl slowly refuses to return to this game; (I suspect that many other users have a similar problem, so please take a look at your algorithm that randomly imposes bans permanently.

But given, you clearly mentioned that your friend already has, the only advise we have left for you is to continue your communication via the Email you received in response to your appeal. Please bear in mind, if you have been informed about this being the final answer to your appeal, you will not be getting a different one by submitting multiple replies or appeals.
In regards to the reason for the ban, you will be informed of the cause in general but no specific details will be volunteered. Please do not submit multiple tickets as that will only delay a review of your penalty.
