Describe the issue you are experiencing: After 1.05 launched, being instanced (in either Dungeon or Outpost Rush etc.) and returning to Regular World, this results in the permanent loss of ability to send messages in Global or Faction chat. I can still see other players talking in Faction and Global chat in real time, but any message I send to those channels disappears. Area, Company, Direct messages all still function correctly after being instanced.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot communicate with the people in Global or Faction chat after completing instanced content and returning from the instance.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Restarting the game is the only remedy I have found to this BUG.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: This BUG is 100% reproduceable. It happens 100% of the time when I do a Dungeon or Outpost Rush since 1.05.
