I was banned during srever transfers, appealed and won as it was a fake report, losing 2 days of game time. In mean time friends ported to different server, so yet im serving another ban because I now cant transfer.
I am sick of hearing sorry, please wait, or applogies for being banned erroneously but we cant transfer.
The lack of support in this game is killing it. You cant track tickets, and when you request chat support to put in an escallation they continually refuse.
WE DEMAND TRANSPARENT TICKET REPORTING AND DISPOSITIONS. MOST OF MY WEB TICKETS DONT GET RESPONSES FROM 2 WEEKS LATER. EITHER CARE ABOUT US OR CLOSE DOWN AMAZON GAMING.

I am very sorry for this but indeed the server transfers are paused for the moment so they are telling you the right information there, for the moment it is not possible to do a server transfer.
About the ban, going with the appeal was the right decision and if you did win it you should be unbanned already.
Is the game still counting you as if you were banned?
and this time my first 1 day ban that was a false report the appeal response hasnt even been sent to me 2 weeks later
clear my bans and get me transfered. no excuses no appologies. your mistakes your problem.
