  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Between 10:45 PM and 11:05 PM war has been declared by a company in Monarch’s Bluff and a notification has been sent by the system referring to that. The timestamp of this message is wrong, it shows 1 AM instead of a time between 10:45 PM and 11:05 PM.
