That’s not a bug, it’s unreachable because it’s just an aesthetic chest, not lootable. This has been brought up before.

why would they put something like that in? Kinda seems like a troll move, to put chest’s in unreachable places that are just cosmetic, when we have to climb to get to a lot of chests. Maybe it should be removed just saying.
