Describe the issue you are experiencing: In Mutation level 2, Lazarus Instrumentality Expedition, first boss Cilla could not be fought due to her not recognizing all 5 members of team around her. All members had finished cleansed(quest flag updated correctly), but kept saying message “not all members are here”

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Could not fight Cilla to continue on expedition in the time frame it was designed for, our expedition ended with bronze. I lost a time gated mutation orb, or more-so got a lower value out of it.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, all members took turns leaving expedition and returned to be able to fight her.
