What server/world did you experience your issue on: Caer Sidi
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Two times in the row the Clensing worked, the quest said we had to talk with her, but we could not. We all cleansed again, still not worked. We all died, did not work. We left the dungeon one of us stayed. Seemed to work at the beginning, but Cilla did not seem to notice nor dmg me, I could not dmg Cilla or heal my partymembers.
Cutting our losses, we left the dungeon, reset it and tried again… and again we got the same bugs, same problems

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Open mutation dungeon, try to clear it up the way to Cilla…
I had the same experience as Migash I was running the dungeon with him and it totally ruined our evening… Making mutated orbs costs a lot of money and effort so I hope we can get recompensated in some way since this really sucks…

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Two times in the row the Cleansing worked, the quest said we had to talk with her, but we could not. We all cleansed again, still not worked. We all died, did not work. We left the dungeon one of us stayed. Seemed to work at the beginning, but Cilla did not seem to notice our healer so he could not heal us and we wiped. Then we failed to reset Cilla since our healer was immune and could not die to the boss.
Cutting our losses, we left the dungeon, reset it and tried again… and again we got the same bugs, same problems. 2 orbs wasted. We were on a good run to get gold but with these bugs the runs were useless and we could not even get back in the dungeon. We tried to reset again… and our DPS could not get back in the dungeon no matter what we tried.

Had the same issue. Tried multiple “workarounds” like:
Leaving the party and reforming it, while 1 player stays behind. Full wipe didn’t work either, it made Cilla stay stuck in the fight with the bridge gone. Also tried simply leaving the dungeon and going back in again, our healer was not able to heal, deal damage OR take damage.
