So we have an embezzlement problem in new world. So I have a few suggestions.

Allow the property owner company to fire the governor my allowing them to vote them out with a 70% yes vote. Why so low ? Because of inactive members. Let the vote go on for 7 days. And allow for a replacement.

Cut the money flow by creating a token system to buy improvements. But not completely as you still need money to declare wars.

When a station is upgrade to tir 5 make it so it can only be degraded to a tir 3 max

Change town upkeep to tokens.

After implementing the token system allow. For town projects that generate more tokens.

Allow for upgrade to the town look. Have tir 1 to tir 5 improvements. Add this to the RNG table with the work stations for down grade. Let face it the church in bw been under construction for a long time it would be nice to see they hay gone and a complex church. Have the 2 swamp city’s look more like New Orleans as they get upgrade ect
