Civil discussion on how to improve on Arenas

Following the forum post ranting about how Arena’s are shitty and a waste of time, lets actually have a discussion on the state of them.

In my opinion the core issues of arenas are as follows:

Unbalanced teams in regards to team comp (having 3 muskets vs a well rounded team comp):
Sorta speaks for itself but having some sort of role queue would solve 99% of the issues.

Lack of rewards:
This one is mostly for all pvp gamemodes but for arenas it would be nice to make it give gypsum for the first 2 matches you play regardless of win/loss as well as giving a small amount of gold depending on rounds played (Something like 100-200 gold per round played).

Lack of arena dynamics/mechanics:
This one is kinda my unique take on it but the map is extremely boring and frustrating at points. The 2 pillars are just so annoying to fight against during a 1v1 where someone is just running around the pillar til the ring of fire. Having an open area as well as smaller pieces of cover scattered around the arena would be way more fun to play.
