Clarification if Music buff Luck´s Laber unlocked after 150

It is causing confusion and discuss if the Music Luck´s Labor only works for the professions gathering activities (mining, skinning, etc) or also works for overall lucks such as drop and chest?

its gathering Luck, not Loot Luck, so should only work for gathering and not pve drops

It was my first understanding as well but in my server some people says with 150 music is for pve drops as well to get tips before chests rotation.

Assuming how hard is to get to 150 and how badly New World communicate, it would make sense on pve drop luck on this buff. But only for gathering, I will not even try to get to 150. I will stop at 100 as today. It is totally useless after the nodes is faster respawing and luck set´s are not expensive.
