I don’t know if this is disabled currently for some reason, but when I go to my storage I like to click the little arrow on each catagory of items in my inventory to quickly “dump” all those items into my storage. For some reason this button is not working even thou I have enough space to do so. I even tried it in a settlement where I had a completely empty storage with nothing in it, and it would not work. I had to manually drag each item from my inventory into my storage. I am sure its a bug and I am sure someone else already mentioned it. But if not well. there it is 
This is still an issue on Savoya as well. It started after the patch yesterday, and continues today. If you have Inventory space, you can empty your storage into your inventory with the “empty” button at the bottom, but the rest of the individual categories with the arrow do NOT allow placing or removing from storage. You have to Shift+Left click to deposit/withdrawal each stack of items.

Yes, with the new patch you can’t click the button to move everything in that category over to the storage. You have to drag or “shift+click” each item to move them to the bank.
I am on server Duguang. and its happening everywhere. I just tested it again to see if it was still there, and It is not, and I forgot to mention when trying to dump items or pull items it say’s “Invalid Transaction”
