This NPC is also not on Orun server. I looked all over stood around for about an hour killing mobs.

So unless the quest marker is wrong, I have no idea where Airic Niclisson is located.

Same on Batala - no sign anywhere near the quest marker on the map - is the NPC elsewhere?

Found him (thanks to another player) - he spawns really close to where you find the backpack you have to inspect - so top right corner of the Hibbotsfeld map. Quest marker is wrong.

looted the backpack and he spawned. not at the marker but at the blue circle

Fixed this issue, the map above is correct he spawns on that circle however on our server we had a corruption portal to the east that was preventing him from spawning, cleared the portal, researched the bag and he spawned instantly infront of you.

I STILL CANNOT examine the bag for this quest !

PRO TIP!!!
He SPAWNS<------- when you loot the bag for inspection. He SPAWNS! like 15ft from you North.

Thank you for this – I dont know who mines times I killed the skinner looking for him in the wrong spot
