- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have the “Coarse Leather Adventure’s Satchel” with 100.6 Encumbrance, Lumberjack’s Burden: Reduce the weight of wood, timber, and logging axes by 6.1%
The problem is when you are carrying over your limit in weight you are able to glitch run pretty fast. - Is this a bug or an exploit: Exploit

I tested my old satchel I got from a quest and it just makes me walk slow when over weight like it should normally
Then tested by taking off “Coarse Leather Adventure’s Satchel” and I’m unable to move because of no satchel equipped. But when it is equipped you are able to glitch up and down and move fast.
So the problem is resolved by not over weighting yourself when using “Coarse Leather Adventure’s Satchel” because you will be expositing if you do causing you to glitch up and down running quicker than normal.
I can comfirm this. But I would probably treat it as a Bug rather than an exploit, I wouldn’t move faster than I normally would if not encumbered. The Weight reduction of wood does work, reducing, in my case, the weight by 7.2%. But seems like I can carry a good 10 more % with this weird in-between stance of Encumbered but not really. You can use your abilities, run at normal speed, but UI and character animation disagree and attempts to show you are walking and unable to do abilities.
