Coin transferal disabled in AH?

I got a friend who cant access AH cause it says coin transferal disabled, which is weird cause I can use the AH. Any idea why?

Any type of wealth transfer has been disabled, you can view the information here [Notice] Temporarily Disabling Wealth Transfers (November 15).

This is awful… a complete lack of sympathy. We love this game and just want to be able to play it. People that decide to take advantage of flaws entirely ruin it for the rest of us. ALL of us are punished due the actions of a few greedy players that are too lazy to create their own wealth legitimately.
