Collected Prime Gaming Loot not available

  • What is your character name in New World: Belldin
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of Steel
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I claimed and collected the latest Prime Gaming Loot, The Dragon’s Hoard when it first appeared on January 26. It was later determined that it was too early or there was an issue with it. In the latest patch notes this item was fixed, however none of the items appeared in my inventory even though I had claimed them in game through the store back in January.
  • Is this a bug? yes this is a bug.
  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It does not prevent me from playing the game
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Cannot be reproduced.
  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) initially on 1/26, and was not resolved with the expected fix with 1.8.2.

This was already reported to to the team and they are working on a fix. I will be glad to bring more information as soon as we have it.
