The most simple and amazing quality of life improvement for the UI would be the ability to hover over a piece of gear and have a “MARK” option then when you click "MARK’ a color wheel pallet will appear and you know how the salvage lock icon appears? have a little box in the top right that coordinates to the color you choose this way you can “mark” all your gear in your inventory a specific color never get confused on which piece belongs to which set you can mark your whole melee set purple or red or green or yellow or pink and then eventually if they wanted to they can add “sort by marked color” in the sort option. Huge and simple quality of life fix
