Combat Stutter!

I was hoping the newest patch addressed combat stutter but it does not, what on earth is going on? Combat is not fun at all, using any melee weapon when you get hit by a mob during a swing causes a stutter and basically interrupts your swing so it starts over and this happens like 3 times in a row.

Combat feels worse then it ever has and the patch was supposed to make things more fluid and smooth but it has done the opposite. Is this going to ever be addressed?!?

Funny every time I kill something I skate around on one foot for a few seconds I mean everytime
