Hm, I can see only one company abusing this update⌠AGS.
i have both my towns set at max property tax. which is now 2% not 20% dont know how with the update companies can go over 2%
honestly AGS how no clue what the hell they are doing, itâs becoming so toxic to the point they are TRYING to kill their own game, I guess their goal isnât monetizing the transaction shop but rather to collect their preorder/key money and close off the damn servers.
âwe toggled on open PvP and tested it extensivelyâŚand new players were getting killed at the beaches, after exhausting an incredible amount of thinking time (5 min), we decided that it was too toxicâ
The only thing toxic around here is AGSâs confidence.

I think the only fair thing to do is donate all your coin to help them through this time of need

I know youâre joking but theyâre going to get adequately compensated separately. Those setting tax to max are just trying to get as much as possible from the situation. Not really blaming them butâŚ
AGS need to just set the rate themselves, fixed, for everyone. Itâs not evenly distributed right now.

I saw that coming, it was expected, as much as giving free coins to a population will inflate the markets. One donât need to be the âmaster of economyâ to understand basic principles.

Yup, total jerk move by Salt N Co in Windsward on Celadon, they maxed the housing taxes.
Yes, my tax go from 1100gold to 600gold.
So far from 90% not even 50
I pay a lot less!!! 76g vs ~400g. Bought another house and itâs only 100g. Both towns are set at 2% property tax and not controlled by my faction. What the hell is everyone complaining about??

neither is people duping money leaving my pocket, but i donât think thats a great idea either⌠you canât have a " player run economy" if the game company keeps injecting millions of gold out of no where on top of all the dupes and exploits.

Rather than whining about it, just consider that these companies can now spend money on upgrading the workshops in town. The same ones you probably complain are never high enough level.
