Company Bank, War Bank, Faction Bank

Recommending three types of Banks on a per-Settlement basis.

Company Bank - With at least two tabs, so Companies can designate one to be general access and the other for officer access only.

War Bank / Armory - Anyone can put things in, but only players currently selected for a War can withdraw. Limited to consumables, ammunition, and repair kits.

Faction Bank - Anyone can put things in, but only members of that Faction can withdraw. Items trashed every 24 hours to keep it clear.

Company banks are something most of us are wanting.

A War Bank I am not sure that can be done well. It is not going to be easy to allow many people to access at once so I doubt this would happen.

A Faction bank is very unlikely to ever exist. Something like this would be a easy place for bots to make a mess. It is also not something the community will respond to well. Many people will complain how unfair something was because someone else got an item out of it before they did. That said it is also hard to manage many people accessing it at once so for this reason most storage systems restrict to one person at a time. At the Faction level this will be a mess and people would troll by staying in it afk.

SWTOR is a 10-year old game and their guild bank allows players to simultaneously access it, probably locking one stack at a time. I’ve been in it and I’ve seen stacks move and items added.
As for the fairness – what you put in, expect to lose forever. That’s the only thing.

Guild is not at the same scale as Faction. Guild in this case (companies) would be a max of 100 people and Faction has the potential to be 2000. Still not something easy to implement especially if it was not something the game was designed to handle already. A redesign of all storage systems might be required here so that would be a big big project.
