I joined a company yesterday and was kicked accidentally while offline, now I can still see the company chat but cannot be invited again.

Similar issue here. Governor for my company - Logged in after the patch finished, only for the company screen to allow me to create or browse companies. Browsing to my company shows me as still being governor.
Confirmed, my guildmate shows I’m still in the company, but can’t access it. Logging out and back in (yay queue again) to see if that works.
