xHinoko the leader of Vangard on Frislandia stole over 400k gold and switched servers over night. I have also submitted a ticket on the website with messages where he admits to stealing the money.

Hello, I don’t believe there’s a rule regarding that matter, unless he stole the gold from you through a con/scam and only withdrew the money from the guild bank, there might be nothing the administration can do. Of course, it’s not honorable nor fair but technically speaking, it was his money because the guild was his. A moral obligation might not be enforced. This is just my neutral point of view and I sincerely hope things will get better.
There is a rule, it is supposed to be enforced with the daily withdraw limit from the treasury, however this has been bugged since day 1 with the limit not working and people being able to withdraw any/all money all at once, just another bug that literally gets ignored by the CM’s and devs.
governors can take as much out as they want, the limit only applies to consul and officers
