Company Pay and the old system failure

Quite a few of the top companies do this already as a choice, just so you know.

The most big companies are distributing money based on each member contribution. Contribution that includes participation in wars, invasion, influence push and also the most of them have tournaments or practice fights.

This is what makes the difference between dominant companies and the rest companies that just gather 50-100 guys and trying few wars without any organization. Then after losing all territories leader + co-leaders are taking all money and disbanding.

Inform urself how each company manage the treasury. We really dont need Amazon to do everything for us.

Great. All companies should. They definitely do not though. Its rare. The decision needs to be taken out of their hands.

Thanks. I do know. I have played since beta. While it does happen, it’s not the norm. The current system needs reworked. It’s a company, when you work for a company, you get paid.

What u are asking is mostly a golddigger system.

It’s better the current system when company keep records of members realistic contribution. Not just to get free gold for being part of company.

Not true though. If i work for a company without agreeing with them beforehand that i will get paid for the work, i dont get paid.

I agree that there should be additional resources behind managing the treasury (namely seeing who withdraws what) but “taking it out of their hands” just sounds like a way to guarantee nobody agrees on the distribution.

If a company member does participate the governor and consuls can simply kick them out.

Have u been part of a big company OR organized company?

The distribution is automated based on rank. Contribution would also be automatically tracked. Governors could get access to reports of how many pvp missions were ran by members, war participants and kick the people that aren’t doing anything. Gold could even be generated specifically for the purpose of paying wages. When a player completes a pvp mission gold could be generated and deposited into funds that automatically go towards paying members a salary.

Yes.

Once again ur ‘based on rank’ is just a gold digger method.

A company can have 100 members, yet only 50 can go in Wars/Invasions. Also not all members will be online for influence push.
How will u recognize shout callers or training masters of each company for additional pay?

Why all members to get the same payment when only 35-50 contribute in events that ‘bring’ the gold?
Why all members to get the same payment when some are constantly improving for company while others play only for themself ?
Why all higher rank to get the same payment if they are in holiday or not active in any War, Invasion, Influence Push?

There is a long list of why.

The current method is most people are left out of everything. Leave the company and quit the game. I’ve been playing since beta and I have seen it all. The current method of the top 6 players in a company get all the money is ridiculous. I’ve been in a company that was generous to its members and held two cities. They paid in weapons and armor but they also left people out, not even on purpose, but they did. I have also been a consul in a company that owned half the map. We missed things, we favored players with certain personalities. We favored players who we played other games with. This system I propose makes it so anyone who joins a company gets a benefit for being in a company. I don’t see why you have such an issue with this system. You sound like you might be a governor. This system costs governors nothing. The gold automatically is generated by participation and automatically distributed. There’s nothing not to like, unless you just have an issue with your company mates getting gold for helping out in your company. If you get free loaders you can just fire them.

Nah it was too much money distributed.
What should be done is when a company finishes defend a war the war rewards/spoils should get beefed up and that would be enough.

In no were in the world a governor should get taxes income for themselves it should be used for territory/country development only even if there is 1b in treasury it stays there until the territory needs it otherwise no need.

Thats why there is salary for these governors, so they can do their job and receive a just income for it, once ppl start asking for it i am sure ags will be beefing up the war rewards.

If will be implemented automated system it must be pretty detailed. Also must be left some gold extra to be used for crafting food, stones, armors, weapons.

I’d prefer the current system get flipped.

Stop depositing player taxes from the entire server into company banks.

All rewards should be generated by the game and should come from participating in wars, invasions, influence pushing etc.

Need extra funds in a well organized company to pay for other things? Require all members to pony up a percentage of their income.

That part already exists. I’m not talking about taking anything away, only adding a system that gives players a guaranteed reason to want to be in a company and participate.

Or have that part be handled by the system as well. The more happy members you have the more money your company is allotted for these expenses. Keeping a full company provides maximum benefit.

Companies shouldn’t get paid and any town taxes should remain in the town coffers for town upgrades…and peeps wonder why there is inflation in this game…lol

Then there wouldn’t be companies. It’s a guild system at that point. There is gold generated in this game already that could be removed and placed in to this system. At least this system supports a system that makes the game unique from other MMO’s that just have guilds. I’m sure some gold sinks could also be created. The faction armor needs updated and so does the voidbent, void ingots, town buffs, pvp modes and all that. Plenty of opportunities .

Companies are guilds they just decided to be special and use a different term. The number one reason for all this excess gold is companies getting their hands on town taxes.
