Company received gold for only one Territory after merge

As part of the merges we were suppose to get 50k gold for each territory. My company owned 2 territories but only got gold for one of them. Should I make a ticket, is this a known issue and will be addressed or what are my options?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. 50k can be quite useful and takes some time to get that amount of gold. This is a known issue and we are rolling out an automated reimbursement soon. No need to escalate tickets.
