This came up before but never went anywhere. Can we please have a company recruitment section on the forums, or even specific server forum? I get the latter is more annoying, but recruitment needs to happen especially when an XPAC drops and new peeps come in. The only other option is a company search feature with tags in-game for people to find what they’re looking for in a company.
