Company somehow deleted and 200k gone?

So our company was just 2 days ago deleted and 200k gold gone. NO the gov didnt delete the company and take the money, NO the TWO consuls who havent been on in months took the money. So my gov sent AGS an email. They proceed to MISREAD what was said thinking we wanted our company name back, which we could give less than a shit about. All we want is the 200k gold that disappeared??? And have now completely ignored my gov and havent heard anything. Answer his email, get our money back. NOT. HARD. If it is for you people working there now, get some other people to figure it out, what a joke.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

Just for information purposes, there are definitely circumstances where someone lower than consul can become governor (and then, in principle, loot the bank and disband the company). I’ve become the governor of a small company with no bank (this was basically a company made for a joke name for a friend group, all of whom stopped playing by last January) without having been a higher rank than officer.
I don’t know what triggers this, if it requires both governor and consuls to have been offline for a long time, or simply if the consuls don’t take over governor position within some time frame.
