Company spaces, community focus with a design on investment and longevity

Companies don’t seem to have much continuity if not owning a territory. A good fix for this would be to add a company space that can be invested in and upgraded over time. Other MMOs do this and I would be thrilled to see New World add this. I have put some suggestions below on the design of a potential company space system.

Naming and tier convention
T1- “Camp” “A rag-tag grouping of tents around a central campfire with T1 company functions”
T2- “House” “A cozy but informal cave dwelling, inside a natural looking cave with access to T2 company functions”
T3-“Tavern” “A warm and inviting tavern, 2 floors, T3 functions”
T4-“Hall” “A large hall, separate rooms, 3 floors, T4 functions”
T5-“Headquarters” “An impressive headquarters, 4 floors, T5 functions”

Company space functions
T1-Basic furniture customization (stools, chairs, rugs), T1 camp, T1 consumable cart (1/day), T1 orb distributor (Amrine), T1 company board
T2- Increased customization (beds, tables, banners), T2 camp, T2 consumable cart, T2 orb distributor (Starstone), T2 company board,
T3- Advanced customization (Lighting, layout, room editing), T3 camp, T3 consumable cart, T3 orb distributor (Depths), T3 company board, Company hall teleport (2 hour CD)
T4- Superior customization (Everything), T4 camp, T4 consumable cart, T4 orb distributor (dynasty), T4 company board, Company hall teleport, Company-wide buffs
T5- Total control over customization, T5 camp, T5 consumable cart, T5 orb (either gen/laz/temp), T5 company board, company hall teleport (No CD), company wide-buffs, crafting stations

Company vendors
T1- Sells things like T2 bullets, arrows, limited stock of consumables, and T2 influence resources
T2- T3 ammunition, limited stock consumables, T2 influence resources, dyes
T3- T4 ammunition, limited stock consumables, t3 influence resources, dyes, converters, chisels
T4- T5 ammo, limited stock consumables, t4 influence resources, dyes, chisels, company gear
T5 - T5 ammo, limited stock consumables, t5 influence resources, dyes, chisels, company gear, t5 tuning orb, chunk of concs iron, gypsum orb.

Influence system
Companies can have their players run company influence tasks through the company board. This would work similar to the faction vendors, but themed towards the company and promoting a sense of community. Companies can upgrade their company space through completing quests and investing.

Company resource generation
Companies can upgrade their company spaces to include resource generators. These generators would provide resources on the same tier of the company space that is creating it and require significant investment.

I would add to this → company storage.
i have a lot of mats that i dont use and i dont want to sell cause i know that some company members need, but i dont want to hunt them down all the time they come online. This would be great ^^
