Argument? No sir. Advising on how to get support if you have problems communicating with people who do not speak fluent english. I myself have very little problems understanding broken english.

If they are employed with the understanding that they will have to interact with people in English then yes, it’s unprofessional. I speak German but only informally, not anywhere near a professional level. Is it alright if I apply for a German customer service position? My syntax will be somewhat borked and I will definitely use the wrong gender for multiple nouns but I suppose it would be racist and abusive if those German speaking customers complained about it?
How is it that when a ban is proven to be fraudulent, the persons making the reports are not punished for making a false report?
Not at all. because its german language. They are speaking english. It’s just broken english.
TBH, a lot of it seems like google translator at 3am for me, but it is entirely dependent on the person you are speaking to
English isn’t only language out there and no one has questioned that, but when customer is opting in to get support in english then its very unprofessional to use google translator or have employees with broken english to serve customer.
If I call to my ISP at any given moment, I do get service with my primary language and person will speak it fluently and understands my concerns.
There is absolutely nothing wrong to hire employees from different countries, but ppl who are hired should be properly trained and have skills to do the job.
They speak english. they communicate with AGS. they write notes… Is there any other job a customer service rep needs?
how did you manage to get that information? could you help me do the same? Customer service always sends me to the same generic “download all your amazon data” which says “might take xx days”… Which I filled 7 days ago or so, because i did not know how to request specifically the NW data.

yes that auto ban depending on mass reports still working. i got a chat ban now and i didnt write bad words for last 2-3 days. but i fought a guy who has a big company at my server. and he constantly mass reporting me with his company members. cuz i said “their company is weak and other companies defeating and will defeat them” back in the time.
so now they started to mass reporting me when i write something at global chat, even it is not a bad word.
amazon must fix that auto ban thing.
didnt say bad words for 2-3 days. You do know that they go through ALL conversations, whispers, company chat, everything, right? Sounds to me like you got nailed for bad words you said prior to the report which is validated.
autoban is banning in 2-3 days max. so i cant be punished for words i said like 5 days ago by in game auto ban.
and no, if u want to see i’m right or not, u can try it free. just ask a big company leader with +50 member, then write global chat something without bad words and then tell that company leader to report you as abusive chat/behaviour with other company members on what u wrote at global chat. and u will be banned. and u will be banned even u didnt say a bad word. it doesnt matter what u wrote. it matters how many people report u.
if u believe amazon that much, if u say amazon’s customer service employees looking all that reports themselves, why not u try this ? for your logic , u wont be banned anyway, right ? lets see what happens.

i pissed of some company back in the days and now even i dont talk with them but still they are reporting me while i am talking other dudes and i didnt even said bad words to them.
