Compensation For Downtime

Made my day <3

No offense, but there’s no online game out there like that. They all have a EULA that states that there will be down time, and you can’t hold that against them. You literally agreed to that when you bought the game.

Yep, it’s a big issue. No compensation. No refund. They gotta do what they gotta do. Be patient. If you can’t be patient, you should uninstall and shop for a new game. I highly recommend Northgard or Deep Rock Galactic. I had a lot of fun playing those before NW launched.

300 golds per OPR,
600 golds per hours

That’s what we’ve lost so far

Theres a difference between downtime(scheduled) then having downtime what needs to be extended 24/7 all I said was “will there be any compensation” like some Tokens or something, im not asking for anything what will break them lmao

I’m not complaining at all. I love this game all I was wondering was will theyre be compensation for the wait because THEY made the mistake.

And I’m simply stating that it doesn’t matter, and they don’t have to give anyone anything if they chose so. Downtimes will always be a part of an online game, extended or not.

We have something in common! I love the game too!

I understand, and admit that I’m being a little cheeky. I’m bummed for my EU brothers and sisters. I really am. But I did want to help adjust expectations in this thread… there won’t be compensation. If there is, awesome, but… just don’t see it happening for something like this.

Im not forcing a compensation I quite literally asked will there be any?

Yeah its fine  I was just asking if there would be any haha, im sure if NA servers went down as long as this half of these people wouldnt be against me

Oh my… what will they Now destroy…

you are missing the point where our happiness is essensial for their survival.

We are still paying customers. Just reach down to the memory lane of all mmo games that started as b2p, transitioned into f2p and then p2w to seamlessly die at the end.

Would be a shame for them to take that turn so early after release just beacuse they scared off their paying customers by holding maintenance every day.

And for what? to fix some minor shit that hardly anyone even noticed that was broken in the first place?

There is an amount of downtime that gamers can endure. And i believe that EU is way beyond that marigin at this point. They have to seriously stop further maintenance plans for EU or they will have to have conversation with Gameforge about publishing the game in EU sooner than intended lol.

I’m just going off of your comment you directed at me.

I understand, but it is true I did buy the game, its not “free monthly” i still purchased it, I have every right to expect it to work without downtime 24/7

I’m not trying to be rude, I was replying back to c0w about how he was expected to always be able to play. I simply posted the eula that all of us agreed to. I missed no point in that, that’s why my replies were tied to his comment.

That would be a long list of compensations… They can´t deal with the first ones!^^
So my guess is No!

They want you to be happy. The happier we are, the more we spend. Right now there’s an issue. They’re working on fixing it. They aren’t giving an ETA because they don’t have one. The ball is not in their court, it’s in yours. You need to decide if this is unacceptable or not and whether or not you’ll stick with the game. If you stay, terrific. If you go, terrific. But don’t stay and say you’re leaving!
