Compensation now!

Lost 3 levels and 10 hours worth of playtime at least should of given us double xp for 10 hours. Where is the compensation ?

+1 elle est ou la compenssation lĂ  des gens qui ont farmer honnĂȘtement sans profiter de votre bug que vous mĂȘme avait crĂ©er ?
J’ai perdu des compos de farm 4 objet a 2k po, + les ventes cuir qui font 600 po les 5000. + des plumes + du fer + du bois et j’en passe. Bref ! vous casser la tĂȘte sĂ©rieusement lĂ . Nous n’avons pas Ă  subir votre imcompĂ©tences dans la gĂ©stion des bugs, chaque semaine vous en crĂ©er un ou plusieurs, que se soit votre " stagiaire " ou simplement “votre manquement de professionnalisme”, nous joueurs qui sommes la depuis le dĂ©but, commençons Ă  en avoir RAT LA CASQUETTE. Il serait peu ĂȘtre temps de vous remettre en question, et de commencez peu ĂȘtre Ă  avoir une " nouvelle Ă©quipe de dĂ©v " pour ce jeux. Car lĂ , en vrai Ă  part perdre des joueurs, je vois pas trop Ă  quoi vous servez !

I want compensation. Losing playing time when you have very little time to play is unacceptable. The knowledge is daring to put the game back in the state without compensating the losers, it is not normal.

Nope make sure to get this post trending we deserve a boosted amount of xp for 10 hours game time. And our level reinstated. Or at the min 10 hours double xp

You won’t get anything and 10h of double exp doesn’t give a sense.

No one owns you nothing

They do we are consumers they were at fault for rushing out patches. We deserve something it was their fault.

J’avais bien entammĂ© les 2 series de quetes pour les armes lĂ©gendaires (Arc et Rapieres) et pour mon plus grand bonheur j’ai put trouver des groupes en journĂ©es pour avancers de 2 3 niveaux dans les quetes.

Avant les groupes, j’ai eu la chance de rĂ©coltĂ©s +1k de minerai stellaires, de l’argent et des pierres precieuse en masse. (MontĂ© joailliers vous verrez comme c’est relou).

J’ai aussi recupĂ©rĂ© plein d’herbes dans le but de monter les arts obscurs.

Bref tout ce passe bien et paf
 latence dĂ©tectĂ© sans meme un message d’avertissement. Maintenance d’urgence


MAIS BORDEL !!! SI C’ETAIT PREVUE, METTEZ UN MESSAGE EN JEU POUR PREVENIR QU’UN ROLLBACK EST POSSIBLE ET LA DATE DE DERNIERE SAUVEGARDE


Et vous indiquez quand on se plaint qu’une maintenance Ă©tait prevue
 Vous renvoyez sur un post en anglais
 Sur un post Ă  la base en francais. Il y a encore des progres en communication Ă  faire et Ă  apprendre que la langue anglaise n’est pas obligatoire dans le monde.

Donc dĂ©solĂ© mais pour moi, une compensation doit avoir lieu meme d’ici quelques jours (pas 1 semaine ou 1 mois hein
 parce que d’ici la le jeu

D’ailleurs, existe-t-il une procĂ©dure de remboursement ? Parce que la, sincerement j’hesite.

On se motive à jouer et trouver du plaisir apres un maj raté et vous enfoncé le clou


Et le plus drîle c’est que des gens sur le forum dise qu’il faut vous mettre des ‘bons points’ (bonne appreciation sur steam) pour vous motiver a corriger le jeu ?!? Et faire (re)venir des joueurs ??!???

Asking for compensation because of servers being down due to a bug because of a compensation. Big brain yep.

You do know you speak to the wall here? Near to noone knows french in this part. I could speak german in here too, but it won’t help outside the german part. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I did not get any money from AG(S) because I am homeless in this game (no money no honey) but I got bumped back to 9:45 am (not 1 pm) with my farming and crafting skills like I did nothing yesterday - the support sucks, they tell me I need a video proof of it, because I know that there are not able to do their job right! I am fed up - and I hope many others to because this is not more acceptable for a studio that’s since 2012 in business buys out the Double Helix Games Studio many years ago. So, AG former AGS is not new in business, but they always break whatever their touch! There should think about hire and fire in their company because someone people are not able to do their job right in AG(S)!

Dude, I totally agree with you, and no English is not compulsory in the world but the only tool we have to communicate with each other, but the so “intelligence” Americans making fun about our English mistakes, so that I really feel with you!

On my Opinion it is, like there do this to test the player, if a hole Server wipe and rollback on day 1 would be accepted from the community, there did this on purpose and we Europeans are the guinea pigs for them, like always America first and the Americans say to us to keep clam, so I waiting for the new middlegame and endgame that we testing next few months and after this to join the server wipe before eastern holydays – mark my words than!
