Complaining, cortisol, it explains everything

Did you know that when you complain, your brain releases cortisol?

Did you know that cortisol’s purpose is to freeze your cognitive brain to give all the priority to the muscles; it’s a defense mechanism.

In short: Complaining freezes your brain.

And that increases your serotonin and dopamine levels to control the balance.

Which are feel good hormones, to lower the stress, make you feel better.

That explains a lot. So, we should hugs to those that complain. No?
