What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Pick up Faction Quest, complete Faction Quest, enter Territory War, finish Territory War, try to turn in Faction Quest.

Just wanted to say that I have the same issue. But only in Shattered Mountain and not anywhere else I tried. Dropping missions, re-logging etc. did not help resolve this.
It started for me with the patch on Thursday and persisted ever since.

I too have found this problem just now in Shattered Mountain.
Talking to Quon Teo. Completed two of the quests given, no option to hand in.
Green marker on faction rep, cannot hand in.

Having the same problem. Thought it was a one time glitch so I canceled the quest for a new one in Shattered Mountain. Completed a new quest (Assassinate: Spryla Tower). Indicates it is complete in my journal and the faction vendor has the green icon over him on the map. However, I go to turn it in and I am unable to. I am having the same problem. I tried many things including logging out and back in. I than decided to log out for the day and try again tomorrow. I’m still stuck with no way to turn in the finished faction quest.
1.Char name : Tassy 2.0
2. Server: Takamagahara
3. Completed Faction missions that I cannot turn in. Area is Cutlass Keys. Missions are Smite:Stone Skull Fort (Elite), Cayo de la Muerte Hunt, and Reclaim: Festering Fishery
4. This seems to be a bug not a exploit. The bug is I am unable to turn in the quest. I relogged, I even quit the session turned off the pc and came back the next day. I also can pick up 3 more faction missions from them as if I didn’t have 3 to turned in. The Faction quest are all pve.
5. i have 3 screen shots, showing the city on the map, showing the quest colored green that show they are Cutlass key faction missions, and than the npc faction quest giver showing that the game think i have no faction missions completed and that i am able to collect 3 more missions.

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Same issue as everyone else. I am unable to turn in faction quests in Shattered Mountain in particular; I completed all three missions, which show as completed in my journal and on the map, but I cannot actually turn them in at the faction representative.

UPDATE: as of hotfix (hotfix, not update) 1.1 I can now return the quests. Is it fixed for everyone else?
