I was fishing and after about an hours got that error message. Devs please fix, I can not login, live chat support told me they can do nothing and I should leave comment on forum. I was never cheating and was actually enjoying the game however this is just frustrating.

With patch 1.05 I am continually getting forcibly kicked by game every 5-15mins for doing normal activities. With the same error message as OP and others.

I have been running the same background applications since launch and have never encountered an issue until this recent patch (background applications such as Chrome, MS Word, Steam).

I only see messages from amazon support that in which many cases contradict their partners, or they don’t give clear information about it.
I’m NOT affected at all, but this should be clarified.

Im having the same issue and i’ve have the same experience with customer service. Some tell me its a issue AGS is having, others that im banned for apparent cheating, others is Easy anti cheat. They even had me do a ban appeal which was responded saying that i was not banned.

Its really frustrating having to be in a limbo and not getting help from customer service nor a response from developers on the forums.
It makes me feel as if amazon doesn’t really care about its players.

A lot of people are not banned and we are getting this error that makes us unable to play, can you tell us something? I have been unable to play for 3 days now, and the support only says that they are working on it for 20 days…

Me [1:22:00 PM] : Alright, would like to also state, I bought a 2nd account and it works and logs in on the same computer without any issue.

Me [1:22:17 PM] : Also i have completed all these steps from previous talks with support twice now.

Me [1:22:47 PM] : Easy anti cheat ran repair , updated windows , updated game and verified files integfreity and rebooted

Me [1:23:42 PM] : the fact the 2nd account can login and play without issues makes me suspect this is not related to the above but rather an account problem with logging in.

Me [1:24:49 PM] : Id like to have the issue pushed up to ensuring something is not corrupted on the main account login, nearly 400 hours played level 60. over 200$ on the cash shop
