Seen today this morning I got the problem as a lot of people. I don’t really know what happend. Yesturday I was doing my weapon 580. I was will to continu today
It’s not about your computer. We have already tested it with our friends. Everything is fine on other accounts, this is a limitation of the character at the server level.

There is a post in the News section about Family Sharing, it used to say they disabled it and everyone who uses it for good reason should give notice through a ticket. They removed the “Create Ticket” link shortly after that.
I never even logged into the game from a Family Sharing account, but essentially I have it ON for some VR games. IF they were to disable login for every single account with FS on, until they submitted their ticket and got their block lifted, this could be the disasterous result with no heads-up. I played up to level 45 via family share, because I wasn’t sure if the game would run on my pc, so as my friend didn’t play, I asked him to share it with me so I could test it, after I saw it ran well I I bought the game

The best thing to do now is to follow the livechat support recommendation and open a webticket in the “ban appeal” area because apparently, even if the global issue is resolved, your account will still need to be verified by them.
