Same here, falsely been banned. They can easily check my inventory that i have not duplicated or anything. So confused right now.

Well, I’m in the same boat. It went from a disconnected session, to a login blocked, and now the game says I’m banned. Really? For losing connection due to a dropped IP connection. Hmmm.
edit: From what I am reading, dupers got a 24h ban. Hundreds of people get kicked by a bug and they are perma-banned. Bad form, AGS, bad form.

Totally not needed. Verifying the game files does a checksum of the files on the PC verse the match of the files steam has for the game. If there’s 1 bit off (IE corruption or someone tried to modify it). Then it will re-download that file.
EAC does a file checksum on launch which is why it takes like 5 minutes to boot.
Yeah, this is mildly frustrating considering a lot of us have never cheated. Are legitimate players getting caught in ban waves?

Yeah i send two tickets, one like 7 or 8 hours ago when cant login and now another, i mean/say talk with someone like the previous user.

I contacted support to talk about the message having changed to “banned for cheating” and I was only recommended to open a ban appeal and wait, they didn’t even tell me the reason in more detail, and how I was farming azoth in the stormy coast pirates spot, I don’t know if the reason was this or any other, well honestly I’m pretty disappointed with this game, thank goodness I’ve only lost 150 hours so far. open the appeal webticket and wait guys, that’s all that’s left to do, but remember, if you come back to the game, you can use skill bugs, cancellations and anything else, because after all, you ban without doing anything
